Gentle Yoga

This class offers the perfect balance of foundational yoga poses mixed with the ability to learn to flow in and out of poses. You'll learn and experience yoga philosophy, yoga breathing and meditation. You’ll walk out excited about yoga and feeling fantastic.  

Sculpt Classes

Yoga sculpt classes incorporate the use of light hand weights which provides an opportunity to work muscles that students need to have a strong  and safe yoga practice.

Slow Flow

Release the stress of your day and refresh your mind, body, and soul. Take this time to explore alignment in postures and sensation within each pose in this vinyasa class.  Postures unfold in flowing waves as you synchronize breath to movement. Leave this class feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Northern Fire Flow

Strengthen your body from head to toe. This class offers the same sequence of poses every time, which allows the student to detach the mind from the body’s physical movements, making it a more meditative practice. You will experience Sun Salutations, strength-building postures, backbends, twists, balances, and breathing exercises in a vinyasa flow with some longer holds.  This class will leave you feeling strong, energized, cleansed and centered. 

Breathe and Flow

End your day with a rhythmic and flowing practice that warms the body, calms the mind and opens the heart. This class incorporates creative vinyasa sequencing (breath-inspired movement), attention to alignment, and breath awareness.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow-paced, quiet and contemplative style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.  Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
